The IT Consultant for IT Assurances and Processes for GBS H2R DPS will be the key contact person for HR applications towards external and internal auditors, coaching and guiding the IT service managers related process and compliance topics to ensure the IT assurance for Financial audits, ISO and internal audits.

Main Objectives are:

We expect you to have profund knowledge with 5+ years of experience in the following IT assurance, processes and compliance topics within an IT HR environment:

• IT Service Management (ITIL) e.g. IncidentManagement, ChangeManagement;

• Integrated Management System... for ISO 9001 and ISO 22301;
• Management;
• * RiskManagement and Data Privacy (GDPR).

Expected/desired skill set:

• Academic degree related to Information Technology / Business / Economics;

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change;

• Result- oriented and used to work independently;

• Experienced in analysing complex system issues and executing necessary solution approaches by ensuring process compliance;

• Fluent in spoken and written "Professional Business English:

• Experienced in scrum and agile methodologu (e.g. Kanban)
