NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare & Educationor other relevant qualification
• Providing families with support in every aspect of daily life, health and well-being subject but not limited to; basic baby care, feeding and eating, sleeping, budgeting, safety, discipline, health eating, healthy lifestyles and choices.
• To undertake key work sessions directed by the Key Worker.
• Uphold and maintain a safe environment, that complies with health and safety and other legal requirements.
• Ensure that families are fully involved as possible in decisions which affect them individually and collectively.
• Sensitivity towards the needs of children and young people, taking account of anti-discriminatory practices.
• Promote an atmosphere in which families feel supported and valued on a consistent basis.
