As a support worker, you will be working with established residential homes which range between 3-6 young adults. You will be working alongside an established team supporting adults with Learning disabilities and/or mental health within the home. As a Support worker, you can pick from a variety of shifts these being long days, waking nights and sleeps.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be making a vital difference, providing consistency with the home you will be able to form a key bond and see how you can bring a change to the individuals.

The role includes:
• Organising and accompanying the young adults on social activities and appointments
• Building relationships
• Recording the activity & reporting key aspects of their care
• Promoting independence and developing their life skills

Requirements of the role
• Full UK driving licence, this is not essential but an advantage
• 3+ Months of experience supporting people with disabilities
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
