Job Description

We believe that digitalization of machines and industries will catalyze change in the mobile machinery market (such as tractors, excavators, forklifts and many more). Become a driver of this change as sales and telematics consultant for IoT products and join Bosch on its further way as an AIoT company. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with the willingness to shape and pave new paths for customer success.

You will be part of a highly motivated sales team to grow IoT business at... Bosch Rexroth and accelerate the scaling stage of the business towards market leadership.

You guide our sales experts in the regions as technology and business expert.

Together with the sales team you will continuously enhance collaboration with other product related teams.

You are responsible to drive market adoption of our telematics products and the winning of new customers as consultant and sales interface for international off-highway OEMs.

Together with the team you define and execute the go-to-market strategy of our growing IoT product portfolio.

You optimize sales processes and shorten the feedback loop between real users and the scrum teams.

Qualifications

Education:

University degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, software engineering/IT, industrial engineering or in a comparable field.

Experience and Know-How:

You have more than 2 years of experience in sales or product management of IoT/Telematics (B2B) and/or Software.

You have knowledge with the application of electronic control systems for mobile machinery or in the automotive sector (e.g. CAN-Bus., E/E-Architectures) and mechatronics.

Personality:

You possess strong communication skills, high motivation and the willingness to drive ideas and inspire customers and colleagues.

Moreover you own a business driven mindset with focus on action and learning.

Work style:

As Team-player you are able to work in a multi-site, international and cross-functional team

You are open to continuously adapt to new ways of working, particularly agile frameworks in non-software team Languages:

You are fluent in English and German (C1 level)
