Responsibilities:
• Provide general secretarial and administrative support to Senior Executives and Procurement team
• Organize and attend company PR events and activities
• Follow up the business cooperation and development with other companies, such as the suppliers and VIP clients
• Coordinate closely with oversea suppliers for pricing, delivery and product quality
• Assist in... business trip coordination including flight and hotel reservation, transportation and catering arrangement etc.
• Perform any ad hoc duties

Requirements:
• Degree holder with 1-2 year working experience
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Experience in working in Japanese firms or good command of spoken Japanese would be an advantage
• With strong communication and social skills
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
