Job Description

What you’ll be doing?
• Provide secretarial support to CEO, including but not limited to meeting organization, meeting minutes, implementation and follow-up of decisions after the meeting, arranging business issues and planning overseas trips
• Coordinating and liaising with different internal departments and/or external business corporations.
• Handle and maintain confidential information and document management
• Handle correspondence, translations, business reports and analytical work of business projects in English and Chinese
• Overseas travel may be required
• Other duties as assigned

Who are we looking for?
• Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering , Chemistry, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 2 years office experience preferred, fresh graduates will also consider
• Mature, detail-minded, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
•... High proficiency in MS office application
• Immediately available preferred
