The Challenge:

You want to be a part of it.
Working with the wider MAD and DIJGTAL team's, you'll play a key role finding Partners for MAD and connecting them to our adventure-hungry audience.
What you'll do:
Over the first 3-6 months you will:
• Bring your boundless enthusiasm to the table and get stuck into:
• Training: Learn our systems and processes so you can hit the ground running
• Research: Get key insights into our brands, understand what they mean in the market, and recognise the relationship between our Outdoor Adventure, 4x4, and RV audience and our partners
• Draw upon your existing digital services and media sales experience to create exciting campaigns for our partners:
• Listen to our clients and provide solutions to solve their problems with campaigns that span across... content, edms, social media and performance, advertising
• Actively seek out new services that we can offer to our clients, do the numbers and know what is commercially viable
• Create the collateral that you need to support and showcase your ideas, taking the client on a journey
• Utilise your strong relationship skills to build on existing, as well as draw in, new partners:
• Create new opportunities by building out a pipeline of potential customers, identifying upsell and cross-selling opportunities, constructing and sending out proposals
• Respond to sales opportunities, inbound is a beautiful thing
• Track all comms in our slick CRM, an ongoing base of knowledge that the whole team can leverage
Ongoing:
• Use your exceptional people skills to manage relationships with clients, keeping regular contact, and discussing campaign outcomes with potential improvements
• Put your social hat on and attend events and functions with current and prospective partners
• Join forces and collaborate with the content team to create editorial opportunities for clients, including new content verticals to bring new audiences
• Bring your ideas to the table; There is a bigger picture here. We are driving change, disrupting the outdoors industry and your voice will be heard
