Job Description

Develops and execute marketing plans, including digital campaigns and activities, for assigned brands to achieve brand and product positioning, marketing communication and media mix.

Conceptualization of new product offerings, promos, and ads creation to boost sales; at the same time maintaining branding and positioning.

Evaluate and analyze effectiveness of marketing and digital activities in relation to business goals and objectives.

Conducts analysis and periodical review of brands, competitive landscape, and consumer trends to further develop programs that will enhance the brand's equity and performance.

Tracking and reviewing sales and... marketing data gathered to identify appropriate action points needed.

Manage marketing budgets. Submits post campaign evaluation and expense reports.

Manage performance of team members / direct reports and ensures implementation of developmental plans.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Marketing Manager are as stated below:

At least 6 years of marketing experience

Preferrably with a background from FMCG- F&B or restaurants

At least 3 years of experience in handling a team

Well- versed in online and digital marketing

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Must be familiar with the elevated casual dining ambience and branding
