Responsibilities:
• Establish standard operating procedures and instructions for the production process
• Determine the effectiveness of operational process such as automation and workflow to evaluate and provide valuable solutions for operational excellence
• Implement Lean concepts in manufacturing process
• Resolve technical issues during the production process
• Ensure all production steps are compliance with quality and safety system requirements

Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical) or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience
• Fluent communication skills in spoken and written English and Mandarin are required
• Station in our factories within the Guangdong Province
