• PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE

Report to the Artistic Swimming National Head Coach, Sport Director, and Vice President (Artistic Swimming). Within the guidelines and constraints determined by Singapore Swimming Association (SSA), the National Artistic Swimming Development Coach is responsible for assisting in the development of the national artistic swimming pathway and it’s athletes.
• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Artistic Swimming National Head Coach and Sport Director to develop and implement training and competition plans for the National Youth Squad.
• Support the Artistic Swimming National Head Coach in the delivery of training plans for the National Team as required.
• Support with the implementation and delivery of a National Boys programme.
• Assist with conducting coaching courses, workshops, and mentor club coaches at the participation and developmental level.
