Brand Management (Marketing & Communications)

Are you a social media guru that creates trends and drives engagement?
We’re on the hunt for a new brand manager to develop and implement marketing activities and drive our social channels to increase brand value, awareness and deliver market share.
The successful candidate will work closely with marketing to achieve its goals and ensure they resonate with the target market and increase sales.
They will also work across the business to communicate the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events.

We supply people with everything they need for happy, healthy, fun and fulfilling sex lives, and deliver to 11 countries around the world.

We have the biggest range of products at the best prices, and we let our customers decide what they want; we don’t determine the range for them.

What you will do:
Researching and analysing consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity.
Ownership of social media strategy and channels to drive new trends and engagement.
Planning and executing marketing initiatives alongside the marketing team including campaigns, events, sponsorships and social responsibility programs.
Establish partnerships with like minded business to implement marketing promos that are mutually beneficial.
Ownership of brand guidelines, build and evolve brand awareness, increase brand value and profitability.
Measuring and reporting on brand awareness in the market.
Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns and all external media.
Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
Build brands from the ground up for new products.
What we'll need from you
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools and passionate about social trends.
Relationship building and negotiation skills
Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
Strong research and analytical skills.
