This Role:

As a Showroom Sales Manager you will guide the homeowner through the sales process to select their dream building finishes and exotic installations. Our Showroom Sales Managers are responsible for meeting with retail clients, industry trade partners and homeowners. This is accomplished through a first-class showroom experience, salesmanship and maintaining relationships with our business partners.

Who You Are:
• Career-minded with long term desire for employment.
• Five years of sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Five years of home improvement / construction experience strongly preferred.
• A friendly, warm personality that enjoys talking to people.
• Enjoy designing projects, working with people, and not afraid to ask for the sale.
• A competitive and sports-like team mentality.
• Excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
• Loves creative problem solving and creating impactful solutions for customers.
• Highly personable with strong communication skills; both verbal and written
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple clients and projects at once.
• Self-Starter. Do not need to be micromanaged.

Responsibilities:

· Aid customers in locating and purchasing merchandise in store, on www.fossielinc.com, as well as, processing special orders via phone, email or in person

· Ensure each customer receives outstanding service by Fossiel standards

· Execute daily operational, sales goals and priorities assigned by store management

· Greet customers and provide product information in-store

· Co-design various residential and commercial projects and put together quotes

· Follow-up with customers via phone and email.

· Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.

· Maintain a clean and organized showroom.

· Provide excellent customer service.

• Full time including most Saturdays
