We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect, with excellent design, job running and delivery experience able to take the lead on projects from concept design through to completion and to effectively manage Architects and junior staff members in meeting deadlines and delivery of projects. Types of projects you will be involved with include student housing, hotels, healthcare, social/affordable housing and listed building projects. Experience in these sectors would be beneficial.

Role Requirements:

•5-10yrs post P3 experience

•Excellent design & communication skills

•Experience and competency in use of Autocad and Revit on projects essential

•Excellent job running experience & interpersonal skills

•Excellent technical skills & appreciation of construction & detailing

•Good free-hand sketching would be beneficial

•Must have own transport & full driving license

•Taking the lead in running of architectural projects within the Practice and supporting Directors and Associates... in same.
