We are developing cutting-edge Natural Language Understanding, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence products, with an emphasis on Multimodal and Cross-Channel User Interfaces (phone, web, mobile, etc.)

This full-time position offers the flexibility of working remotely.

As part of our team, you'll work closely with our Speech Scientists, Software Developers, Analysts, and Project Managers in our Athens offices, fostering a collaborative work environment.

We are looking for you if you can:
• Design and develop high-performance, scalable server-side applications that meet the needs of our diverse client base
• Integrate front-end components seamlessly to ensure a cohesive user experience
• Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and guiding junior team members towards growth and improvement
• Collaborate closely with data scientists to create efficient and robust machine learning modules
• Develop and maintain microservices using Python web frameworks such as FastAPI, Sanic, and Flask
• Actively participate in all stages of the machine learning lifecycle
• Demonstrate expertise in advanced Python concepts, including concurrency, parallelism, decorators, generators, socket programming, and server workers
• Continuously enhance existing codebases and implement innovative Pythonic concepts to optimize performance and architecture
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-organized code that adheres to industry best practices
• Thoroughly test your code, implement robust error handling, and ensure consistent logging
• Configure and utilize Python clients for message brokers, search engines, databases, and other relevant technologies
• Proficiently work with GitLab and Docker to streamline the deployment and management of Python applications
• Deliver production-quality, high-performance code that adheres to best practices and industry standards
• Embrace an agile mindset, striking a balance between high-precision solutions and simpler approaches that deliver value to clients in shorter timeframes
• Exhibit enthusiasm, respect, and a genuine interest in our work, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Optional:
• Understand basic concepts of Machine Learning
• Configure, run and deploy Machine Learning models
• Experience with messaging protocols

You are:

· Holding a Degree in Computer Science, or similar field

· A Software Engineer with more than 3 years of experience

· Proficient in English, both verbal and written

· Hard worker, task, deliverables and quality oriented

· Highly knowledgeable and efficient in standards and documentation

· Self-motivated, proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities

· Fun to work with and be around, like we are

· Passionate, enthusiastic and with a desire to meet objectives and company targets

· Responsible and accountable, with multi-tasking abilities, sound judgment and professionalism
