In Swedbank you have the opportunity to join our Claims Handling team as a Quality Manager. As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all services within the claims handling department meet the requirements and consistent standards.

In Swedbank You Have The Opportunity To
• Understand customer needs and business requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
• Devise and review specifications for claims handling services and processes.
• Oversee all services development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Set requirements for outsource suppliers and monitor their compliance.
• Ensure adherence to legal and business supervision guidelines.
• Supervise claims handlers and provide guidance and feedback.
• Manage feedback from customers and partners to assess whether their requirements are... being met.
• Initiate and lead improvements and develop new efficient procedures.
• Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives and business partners.

What Is Needed In This Role
• Proven experience as a Quality Manager.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach.
• Abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
• In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
• Good communication skills.
• Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000, etc.).
• Good English skills of at least B2 level.
