As a Senior legal advisor, you will work with corporate clients, advising them on legal risks, potential impacts, and all legal aspects relevant to the organization's businesses, assist the clients in their strategic moves, and propose business-focused solutions that will support clients' business and wealth goals.

We expect that you have:
• Around three years of work experience in corporate law, including drafting, negotiating, and preparing the final documents, M&A and/or investment deals, international law, including drafting, negotiating, and preparing various contracts.
• Excellent Lithuanian and English... writing and speaking skills.
• Proactive attitude, motivation, excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
