Requirements :
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in conveyancing matters
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to handle multi-tasking role, uphold confidential matters and work under pressure
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude and multi-tasking
• Highly responsible, reliable, honest and can work independently

Job Description:
• Able to handle conveyancing files, subsale, refinancing and direct purchase from Developer, SPA and Loan Documentation, preparing advise letters to banks, submit e-adjudications and follow ups and general clerical work independently.
• Able to correspond, attend and communicate with clients, bankers and various government bodies effectively.
• Salary depends on working experience
