I: Job Summary

The Immigration Case Officer is to support in the processing of immigration applications for clients, the review of information for validity and accuracy, and the review of immigration applications to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements, and to follow up closely with each and every step of the processes to ensure the timely processing of immigration applications.

II: Key Duties and Responsibilities

· To prepare immigration applications for submission to the relevant authorities as requested by lawyers;

· To fill out the relevant immigration forms;

· To analyze and process each and every immigration application assigned in order to maximize client’s chance of success;

· To frequently update clients about the changes in immigration processes and regulations;

· To maintain good communication with clients;

· To support clients for all necessary procedure that requested to complete his/her immigration process;

· To support our legal team and business... development team by providing updates on immigration programs;

· To participate in the company’s general activities such as seminars, events, training sessions, etc.; and

· To perform other tasks as assigned by lawyers.

III: Major Challenges and Requirements:

· Have at minimum a bachelor's degree/diploma in any discipline;

· Have good command of written and spoken English.

Salary: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
