To inspire millions, we are looking for a highly motivated and... experienced Analytics Engineer who has the passion in empowering Indonesia’s Future Data Talents through Education in our team. You will work with learning and development team to design and deliver high-quality curriculum that prepares our students for real-world data analysis engineering challenges. More specifically you will:
Research and develop high-quality learning contents to continuously improve work-relevant curriculum
Lead Data training sessions by delivering engaging, enjoyable, high-quality learning experiences
Lead and guide students through development of real-world projects that will showcase their capabilities and align with client’s project scope
Understanding clients’ data-driven business needs, develop and present concepts, as well as monitor the project succession
Oversee, mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful training program
Facilitate and inspire students to persevere throughout the whole learning journey Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Information System, Economy, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Analytics Engineer/Data Analyst/Data Engineer/Business Analyst/Business Intelligence. Experienced in Consulting Firms/Agency is highly preferred
Have domain expertise in SQL, ETL, Python, Statistics, R, Data visualization and overall Data Analytics, Engineering tools
Growth and Analytical mindset with ability to solve business problems with data and analytics
Passionate in developing people, able to make complex things simple and communicating it well
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa and English
