As the Parts Interpreter, your key tasks and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Determining required parts from customers through customer descriptions, parts inspections, etc.
• Efficiently displaying and developing a sound knowledge of product ranges for all manufacturers, including supersessions and new parts releases.
• Interpreting and utilising parts catalogues to determine the parts required.
• Developing customer relationships with internal and external clients to ensure the strongest relationships are maintained.
Personal skills... attributes and qualifications that will ensure your success in this role include:
• Being able to confidently communicate with customers, suppliers and other team members.
• A strong attention to detail and initiative when ordering, locating and storing parts.
• A current manual driver's license.
