Role And Responsibilities
• Formwork design and Coordination with LTA departments and QPS for interfacing with Civil and Structural.
• Manage subcontractors for Formwork shop drawings submission/approval and day to day site activities.
• Raise LAT & QPS Comment and RFI and lead meetings with in house consultants and trade subcontractors, side wide Contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Working with Civil and Structural consultant and support construction team on required details
• Lead BIM team on delivery of BIM model and generating relevant main contractor shop drawings.
• To check and ensure the structural penetrations/ SWC cast in items are duly coordinated with Archiand Structure model and resolve issues ahead of construction.

Qualification And Experiences
• Degree holder in Civil and Structural field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience after tertiary education in the construction coordination / supervision of LTA MRT station for Civil and Structural works.
• Experienced in at... least 2 LTA MRT station projects until completion and familiar with LTA technical requirements and workflow.
• Mature individual who is motivated and committed to work independently to resolve problems
