Job scope

. Full design cycle from conceptualisation to product delivery including cooperate with electrical, software, fabrication ,assembly team for project completion.

. Develop 3D model of the modules .

. Create Bill Of Materials (BOM) ,part drawing and update flow chart for the module or the entire machine

. Create drawing release file and send out drawings for quotation for parts and material and make comparision upon receving price list n send to purchase team for price negotiation

. communicate with client for mechanical technical issue

. proficiency in design for assembly (DFA)and design for manufacturing (DFM)

Requirement

. . ITE /Diploma and above in Mechanical Engineering

. 3years up in mechanical design... customized Automation Machine Design.(Semiconductor /high precision liquid filling / packaging n handling )

. Good knowledge and experience of in project management

. Good knowledge in solid work ,autocad
