Your role in MOSS Energy:Oversee and manage all aspects of construction work including quality control of the subcontractor’s performance
Understanding project conceptual designs and drawings (civil)
Knowing the subcontractor’s Scope of Works
Daily and weekly reporting on site progress to the Site Manager
Create drawings in AutoCAD and perform structural calculations.
Review of for-construction and as-built drawings
Ensure the subcontractor understands what they need to do and when
Organize and coordinate minor works on and around site where necessary
Oversee and coordinate performance and routine activities of subcontractors.
Coordinate with subcontractors to solve challenges. Escalate to Site Manager when necessary.
Follow up progress report and record all construction quantities.
