And this is our Product Designer role for those who create hypotheses and test them, are not afraid to experiment or learn new things, and know how to turn a mix of animations, pictures, buttons, fonts, and colors into a great interface.

Tasks in the role
• Designing product interfaces.
• Generating interface hypotheses.
• Taking part in product user flow development.
• Creating clear, usable, and intuitive UI and UX.
• Implementing design solutions and concepts in Figma.
• Testing prototypes on current users.
• Monitoring the quality of design solution implementation.
• You will work with Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, and the Intergalactic design system.
• Designing product interfaces.

Who we are looking for
• 3+ years of experience working as a Product Designer or UI/UX Engineer.
• You’ve held a middle or higher position.
• English at an intermediate level or higher.
• Experience in conducting UX research.
• Experience designing complex interfaces with lots of tables, diagrams, graphs, and text.
• Experience creating products from scratch.

• You have skills in working with a library of components.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of components in Figma.
• Basic understanding of page layout principles.
• Understanding of UX metrics.
• Skills in verifying design solutions and collecting feedback from users.
• Ability to decompose a task to the necessary size.
• Ability to independently and responsibly organize your workflow.
• Love for design language.
• Willingness to stand your ground when discussing cases and prototypes.
• Ability to give feedback to yourself and others.

The Light Team focuses on building digital agency-specific CRM. This is the core tool for our Agency Unit. We started developing this about two years ago and see a promising interest and a possibility to be a leader in this market segment.
