Job Description:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive management strategy and communication plan related to the project scope and project stakeholders.
• Organize the things related structural (building), mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure matters at the Jambi and Kalimantan Sites.
• Responsible for overall maintenance (preventive, predictive, corrective) of buildings, facilities, heavy equipment, and tools in the workshop.
• Manage installation of equipment as assigned to facilities through suppliers and subcontracting services.
• Responsible for project scope, project drawings, updating records, and all financial aspects for the project including budgeting and invoicing processing.
• Controlling costs that are the responsible of his/her scope of work.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or any relevant field.
• Minimal 3 years experienced in the same position.
• Work experienced in Plantation Industry is a plus.
• Excellent Leadership and Strategic Plan.
