Your Next Opportunity
As our next Senior Building Control Officer, your primary responsibility will be ensuring buildings in Tauranga City are safe and built according to Council compliance obligations under the Building Act 2004.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
To be considered for this role, will hold tertiary qualifications in a building-related discipline as listed in Regulation 3 of the Building Control Authority Regulations and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in working with the NZ Building Consent Authority.
