Job Profile:
Support and participate in talent, organization, performance related consulting projects; Understand clients demands, and be able to answer client questions with supervision from project manager Empower clients with knowledge and skills, and establish /maintain good relationship; Deliver data analysis through consulting projects; Support... research related work.

Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above; With Innovative thinking, and good problem-solving skills; Customer focus and good team cooperation spirit; Hardworking, independent and self-motivated, ability to work under pressure; Strong analytical and good communication skills; English proficiency in written and verbal communication; Familiar with PPT, Excel or other data analysis software
