• Current state research, data gathering and analysis.
• Process analysis and documentation.
• Business requirements gathering from the stakeholders.
• Business requirements definition and prioritization.
• Traceability of business requirements into solution design.
• High-level business solution design, which may cover aspects of customer journey design, policy design, business process design, business procedure design, organization/people design and high-level functional systems design.
• Support the users in business testing preparation, i.e. writing UAT Scenarios and review the UAT test scripts.
• Engage in the deliverables reviews and approval process with stakeholders and review teams.
• Professional certification in business analysis i.e. IIBA or relevant is a PLUS.
• Professional certification in project management preferably PMP or PRINCE2 is a PLUS.
