• Overseeing the progress of all construction activities.
• Liaise with sub-contractor on all project and site operation.
• Verify drawing/technical specification for adequacy.
• Supervise, plan and direct the construction worker daily.
• Control the storage of material and equipment.
• Understand project flow and sites practices.
• Submit report from time to time to management.
• Monitor progress of construction operation, handle and solve problem at site.
• To perform any other ad hoc duties when required.
• Communicating the progress report to the Construction Site Manager... Attending any on-site meetings or events.
• Ensuring all equipment are in working order and good conditions. Interpreting building plans and construction drawings.
• Monitoring of work by labour and liaison with consultants/architects directed by the Project Manager.
