Role Purpose
• Assist with day-to-day team operational and administrative tasks
• Assist in planning and execution of marketing, customer-outreach and promotional campaigns and activities
• Assist the Marketing Team on preparing marketing materials including:
• Social Posts (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo: copywriting, translations)
• Website update (campaign page, translation, etc.)
• eDM (copywriting, translations)
• Conduct market research and prepare marketing reports if needed
• Support the team on marketing projects

The Ideal Candidate
• Undergraduate in any discipline, preferably in marketing/digital marketing/advertising/creative media/business
• Is able to work as part-time with fixed schedule (for at least 3 days per week)
• Is organized, with strong communication & analytical skills
• Is equipped with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with social media landscape (including platforms in Mainland China)
• Is equipped with strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively across functions as well as work independently yet multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environments
• Self-motivated and energetic team players with a good business and commercial sense
• Right to work and abode in Hong Kong

Please note that with effect from 1 June 2022 onwards, all HK Express employees and contractors who work in our premises in Hong Kong must have received a third dose of COVID 19 vaccine. Being tested regularly for COVID-19 is not an option. Consideration will be given to those who are unable to get vaccinated for valid medical reasons.
