Responsibilities:
• Assist Marketing team and collaborate with related departments in implementing marketing programs and activities;
• Support senior to build customer retention strategy and manage customer retention programs;
• Plan and manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and newsletters;
• Plan and execute digital Marketing campaigns using all marketing channels including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, etc. for building brand awareness and customer acquisition;
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), maintain activity and productivity reports on regular basis.
• Assist ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor;
• Immediately available is an advantage

Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, communication or other related disciplines;
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing;
• Recent graduates with internship experience in... digital marketing will be considered;
• Excellent command in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applications;
• Good organization and planning skill;
• Good analytical skills with business acumen;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing tactics (SEM, SEO, Social Media, Display, Re-targeting, eDM, etc.);
• Sufficient knowledge in web analytics tools (Google Analytics and Power BI).
• Strong understanding about latest digital technologies and trends;
• Energetic and creative team player;
• Self-motivated, team player, detail-minded and enjoy new challenging
