Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer services to internal stakeholders and external clients
• Assist sales and account executives on handling client enquiries to provide effective solutions
• Assist in account opening and client servicing
• Provide administrative support to Department Heads and team members
• Assist in preparing business related documents
• Willing to handle other ad hoc duties when necessary

Requirements:
• University Degree in Finance, Banking, Economic, Business Administration or related discipline
• Knowledge of stocks, futures and options in HK and Global markets
• Proactive, customer-oriented and responsible
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in computer skills
• No industry experience is required
