The Connected Services Systems Validation Engineer will be responsible for the following :

Developing test procedures, creating test setup and performing vehicle and bench

A deeper level of triage and root cause analysis on difficult connectivity

Tactical meetings with the broader team to drive difficult issues to

Training new team members as they join on all features in the Connected Services

Helping ensure the quality of the validation output by reviewing specifications and test cases up early in the development cycle and providing

Support vehicle build activities such as characterizing issues found by executives and quality during different fleet testes as well as support the assembly

The Audio Component Design and Release Engineer is responsible for EE component design, development, packaging, testing, calibration, and The Audio Component Design and Release Engineer will interface with the systems group to define vehicle level functional Responsibilities include but not... limited to :
• Design and Development activities including Advanced Concepts / Packaging
• Participate in Product Assurance Planning (Program Management).
• Supporting of new product development activities like feasibility and packaging studies
• Support CAE Simulation activity for new product concepts including thermal, NVH / BSR, FEA, reflection and lighting studies, mold flows
• Manage the supplier of the components; and component DFMEA (Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis), DVRR (Design Validation and Reliability Report), and Timing Proactive Quality
• Participate in Reactive Quality Problem Solving and will be supporting Supplier Quality during Process Sign-off (PS) and PFMEA reviews (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis).
• Responsible for releasing components via Change Management System (CN's) and will interface with EMEA, APAC and LATAM counterparts on global
• GD&T and stack up analysis
• Support Interface Control Document development
• Support Standardization
• Support carry over programs
• Support shortage management
