The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for helping to achieve sales targets within consulting services. Responsibilities include acting as the primary contact point for certain clients, strengthening relationships with existing clients to improve cross-selling results... assisting with key accounts and new prospective clients when requested, and mentoring sales assistants.
Building and managing influential relationships with existing and potential clients Providing information and relevant proposals to clients for inquiries regarding new markets of interest Reaching out to current clients to provide information regarding potential services and new markets that might be of interest Utilizing CRM to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities with creating proposals and agreements to targeted clients Helping achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for territory Making Emergo the first choice for international maket entry assistance among medical device manufacturers in the territory Working closely with sales management and corporate staff to ensure coordination and cooperation in support of sales efforts. Developing and implementing strategic cross-selling approach with client base within a specified China region Helping to implement a business plan to meet or exceed corporate objectives and sales goals in assigned geography Provide feedback to business development teams on required support materials and new service development Drive account penetration strategies, and new customer identification strategies in assigned client accounts Providing management outlook and forecast Maintaining up to date knowledge regarding global regulatory frameworks and their application to Emergo’s services and internal processes Demonstrating the ability to clearly and concisely address prospective client inquiries regarding Emergo’s services Develop and maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of Emergo services and international regulatory systems/requirements Charactors are positive, proactive and open minded. Perform other related duties as assigned
University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree) is preferred plus generally five years of related sales experience. Background with medical related industry or regulatory affair is a plus Ability to communicate effectively and concisely in both Chinese and English General knowledge of sales process Demonstrated ability to execute projects to achieve stated objectives Has a general understanding of company’s products and services Significant business travel and work outside of the office required.
