The Cluster Commercial Director is the owner of the cluster P&L together with the Cluster Operations Director. They are responsible for ensuring the implementation and execution of Sibelco’s commercial and growth strategy and manage the overall sales and marketing activities for the cluster.
Along with the Cluster Operations Director, they are an integral part of the cluster management team, managing the Cluster performance (Cluster = group of plants in a defined geographic area).
The Cluster Commercial Director will steer the cluster sales to achieve maximum profitable growth and sales goals (volume, net sales and Gross Margin) in line with Sibelco’s vision, strategic objectives and policies.
This is a highly visible role which would suit an energetic and business-oriented professional who will steer the development of an effective commercial strategy based on:
Building data driven sales territory plans, and opportunity pipeline management
Defining... the cluster pricing strategy and mechanisms
Continuous improvement of the services to our customers
Developing commercial talent, skills, and career progression of staff within the cluster
