Job Description Leading a team of ICQA Officers for either Core / Lux departments Supporting the Head of ICQA in driving performance on key metrics and delivery to plan, ensuring an efficient warehouse operationMonitoring KPIs regarding accuracy and integrity of Quality and Inventory transactionsReviewing/analysing customer defect data and developing action plans to reduce and eliminate causes of any issuesTo be responsible for ensuring Health & Safety compliance in accordance with company policy and legislationTo assume the responsibility of First Aider and Fire WardenTo deputise for your colleague managers during holidays and sickness periods as requiredProvide direct guidance and detailed advice on all processes and SOPsUse and confidentiality of all in-house databases inc.
