Preparing and reviewing quotation order till being converted to quotationReviewing and following up purchase orders with the sales representative till being converted to job order.Preparing and reviewing job order till being sent to the factory.Coding and archiving of deferent processes for deferent companies.Coding, archiving and follow up customer complaints till being closed.Following up every issue related to customer with sales representative.Preparing monthly reports needed for (quotations, purchase orders, job orders and any report needed for sales representatives or sales manager).
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree.Experience (2:4) years.Accounting background is highly preferred Good command of EnglishExcellent Computer skills (word & Excel)Female only
