The ideal candidate will have...
• 3+ years experience in patent prosecution, patent preparation, copyrights, trademarks, licensing, etc.
• Bachelor Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred
• JD from an accredited law school required
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• PA bar admission in good standing is required

Position will include:
• Compensation ranges from $120k-$225k
• Discretionary bonuses
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental vision, 401k, paid holidays, etc.
• 1800 billables
