We are looking for a candidate with sound experience in improving employee journey and delivery of HR initiatives, reporting to Head of Employee Experience & Insights, Group... Human Resources while working closely with different entity HR leaders located in Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, Americas, and Europe.

What You'll Do
• Support the Group HR employee experience & engagement initiatives and employer branding project to uplift employee experience and drive employee engagement at HAECO Group
• Participate in different HR projects to translate the project goals into actions by reviewing the current processes and pain points on talent acquisition and the overall employee journey
• Leverage HR technology & digital enablement to drive the digital employee experience
• Work closely with Entity HR teams to facilitate change on process design and deliver the to-be processes
• Take the lead on people analytics and support people data governance
• Keep abreast of market best practices and latest trends to uplift talent attraction and employee engagement
• Handle regular reports and other assignments as required

What You Need

1. Functional and other Relevant Experience
• 5+ years of HR experience, exposure in HR digital or cross-regional projects is a plus
• Experience in managing enterprise-wide digital systems is an advantage

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
• A recognized university degree or an equivalent qualification preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related disciplines
• Strong data analytical skills and sound knowledge of people data governance
• Agile, resourceful, and strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written. Fluency in Putonghua
• Proficient use of MS Offices
