The challenge

We're looking for highly skilled Communication designers with at least 4 years of experience — and a portfolio of work that backs it up. Qualified candidates will have solid experience in UI and visual design, strong animation skills, a passion for UX as well as ability to communicate their thoughts through effective visual storytelling. This is an exciting, dynamic and challenging design environment best suited to passionate self-starters. Our ideal candidate is a smart, articulate and curious innovator who solves complex business problems while always advocating for the needs of the end-user.

What you'll do
• Create animated and highly visual stories, conceptual storyboards, functional prototypes, high-fidelity UIs and beautiful key visuals using the range of Adobe creative products
• Iterate on UX solutions and strategies that address business goals of the DSS organization
• Drive strategic consideration of the... world-class customer experiences driven by Adobe Experience, Document and Creative Clouds
• Map out current and future customer experiences with a keen understanding of enterprise workflows
• Share your unique skillset, knowledge and energy with the team
• Collaborate with fellow designers, developers, product owners and other roles

What you need to succeed
• At least 4 years work experience as a Visual designer, UI designer or Motion Designer
• Strong visual/communication design background
• Proven ability to translate insights into design solutions within the tech, business or resource constraints using a variety of techniques – from the low-key wireframes to immersive animations
• Expert knowledge of Adobe CC tools (Adobe XD, After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong sense of collaboration, thriving in cross-disciplinary environments
• Embracing change and ambiguity as an opportunity for innovation and growth
• Self-directed, yet highly cooperative and flexible workstyle within the local and global (remote) teams
• A top-notch portfolio that includes examples of both visual and motion design
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Polish

Nice to have
• 3D experience, AR/VR interest
• Illustration skills
• Knowledge about front-end development
• Genuine, mature personality, who welcomes constructive feedback and can give it as well
