• Fourth-year university student or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field
• At least 1 year experience related to sales or customer services
• Good command of English and communication skills
• Computer literacy in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) internet, email…etc
• Strong ability to negotiate and build the relationship
• Actively support on execution of sales strategies through cold calling, networking and social media, and processing the order of clients
• manage the incoming calls and generate sales leads
• Support on setting up meetings with clients and go out to the meeting with supervisor
• prepare appropriate presentations on products/services
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication by using the right methods or tools
• Handle customer feedbacks, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Gather feedback from customers or... prospects and share it with internal teams
• Monitor and follow up on accounts receivables to ensure the effectiveness of collecting balances
• Build a new customer base to maximize sales and retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
• Track market intelligence and report to supervisor
• Maintain and update weekly sales reports and submit them to the direct supervisor
