Job Description
• Under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, this role’s responsibilities include:

• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles

• Submission of Monthly-annual tax return

• Design and monitor accounting and finance procedures and manuals

• Check and verify accounting transactions

• Check and verify financial vouchers (Payment, Petty Cash, Credit, Journal…)

• Manage monthly payments and control petty cash expenses

• Control of the purchasing department ensuring the right item is purchased at the most competitive price and usage, and variance control

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet)

• Prepare and classification monthly cost and net income by projects

• Variance control and verify daily cash balance and bank reconciliation

• Audit Fixed Asset Management with Admin Department twice per year
