Job Description
We are currently expanding our technical support team to provide excellent retail solution support to our retail clients.

The Job
• Deliver consistent and reliable end-user support and troubleshooting on application software, POS system application
• Responsible for L2 I.T. Application support across the region
• In-house I.T. support
• Generate weekly I.T. report
• Provide day-to-day first line end-user support
• Educate clients on reporting issues
• Support system development team to resolve issues
• Manage store testing... projects and tickets management
• Record and track reported problem
• Provide end-user support in a timely manner
The Person
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application and helpdesk support
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in SQL programming, .NET, MSSQL database & Web application is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Require on site support, standby 24 x 7 in rotation if necessary
• Working experience in Retail, ERP, Warehouse system is preferred
• Self-motivated, hardworking, independent, willing to work under pressure and to meet deadline
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Support Engineer
