We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of IT Security Manager.

Principal responsibilities

• Responsible for partnering across all key stakeholders, by Cloud Service Platform
• Act as a SPOC and primary face off to platform leads; collaboratively shaping and defining engineering requirements
• Works closely with Scrum Master & broader engineering team to deliver product backlog
• Ensure that Alibaba Cloud foundation platform conforms to HSBC Cyber Security standards
• Develop requirements together with customers and HSBC Security Architecture team.
• Develop and deliver engineering solutions for automated and continuous security compliance checking
Requirements

Requirements

• Strong experience working in a Cybersecurity engineering type position (building/deploying security solutions) – preferably in cloud environments
• In-depth technical knowledge and experience of Alibaba Cloud security aspects/features
• Strong Python development skills
• Customer/stakeholder focus. Ability to build strong relationships with Application teams, cross functional IT and global/local IT teams
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
• Built effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
• A comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others' compliance with relevant regulatory processes
• Experience working within DevOps culture, knowledge of common tools and processes

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
