Your Role and Responsibilities Work at customer's workplace, and work directly with the customer to respond to all types of technical questions relating to z/OS product and its environment. Demonstrate an ability to increase product and procedural knowledge through self-training, work with peers, and experience with customer issues. Requirements gathering, analyze, and propose solution to database needs, and handle database related issue/problem. Conduct product POC evaluation. Help manage project service team. Document and understand customers needs and capture information to provide improved... customer experience Act as a general knowledge resource and provide assistance to peers Required Technical and Professional Expertise 8+ years experience z/OS administrator or support role. Experience in Banking or other finance industry is preferred Extensive experience in z/OS troubleshooting and incident handling, performance tuning. z/OS administrator certification is required. Excellent organizational skills and solid team player. Bachelor degree is required. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise none
