The Global Strategic Account Manager position is an outstanding opportunity to maintain high level global account management relationships with particular emphasis on incremental new equipment placement into new and existing factories creating increased site penetration. Secondary responsibility is to effectively deploy global account strategies through the regional and country sales organisations. In this role, you will travel approximately 60-70%, across the region, Europe and globally.
Your responsibilities as a GSA Manager at Videojet, include:
• Identify current and future business opportunities for designated Global Strategic Accounts optimizing their strategic success factors
• Maximize sales identifying compelling customer value propositions at all designated Strategic Account locations and influencing them to have Videojet as their preferred supplier
• Provide direction and ensure compliance of sales at local designated accounts and in a matrixed global organization
• Engage with Country sales organisations to ensure they work complementary to GSA Manager’s efforts and handle the execution of projects at each local customer site
• Lead progress of each GSA project through regular funnel reviews using our CRM Salesforce
• Use successes at individual sites to win business at all sites of the designated Strategic Accounts
Your experience will include:
• A proven track record in Sales Management with Multinational Corporation
• Successful account management in a complex “matrixed” organization
• Ability to prioritise and to work on both long term and short term projects
• Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills at all levels
• Business, Engineering or technical undergraduate degree
• Knowledge of a CRM (preferably SFDC) would be advantageous.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
