Both the Data Privacy and Financial Regulatory and Compliance groups in the Atlanta office of Greenberg Traurig are seeking to hire a recent law school graduate to join Greenberg Traurig’s Resident Program. The Resident Program is a full-time training/work program at the entry level with the goal of providing work experience and specific training in the practice area. Participating... Residents will have specific educational/training requirements and a reduced billable hour requirement. This is a one year program.* Participating Residents will be hired as full-time temporary employees of the Firm and are eligible for some benefits and are not considered associates.
• The Firm may consider the possibility of a second year of participation being extended in its sole and exclusive discretion. Employment with the firm is at will and participation in the program does not guarantee an offer of employment with GT at the conclusion of the program or constitute a contract for employment of a specific term. Successful Residents may be considered for regular full-time employment with GT at the completion of the program in the Firm’s sole and exclusive discretion.

Interested And Ideal Applicants Should Possess The Following
• Top 15% of the class preferred.
• Prior professional experience, whether while in law school or prior to law school preferred.
• A strong interest or background in data privacy is required.
• Licensed to practice in Georgia and in good standing.
