Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to take your career in retail to the next level? If so, we invite you to apply for the role of Sales Support 2IC. In this position, you will play a critical role in leading and developing a team of talented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

As Sales Support 2IC, you will work closely with the Sales Support Manager to assist in leading and developing your team in all customer critical processes at the "Front End", including the teams who work across Checkouts, Loss Prevention and... Administration/Cashier. You will also assist in delivering the Labour Objectives, ensuring Internal Audit standards are met and take the lead role in Ecoportal administration.

Hours of work are:

Sunday 7am - 3:30pm

Monday 1pm-9:30pm

Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday 10:30-7pm
Qualifications

Ideally you will have:
• Proven retail experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Commitment to the Customer and the in-store experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Willingness to be part of a team.
