Trail course for 15 days costing 250Rs

Full course for almost 1Yeas costing 12 to 15 thousand rupees.

Position - Mentor

Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Timing - 12PM to 9PM (2 to 3 Lunch 4.30 to 5.30 Tea Break)

Salary - 5LPA (50%Fixed 50% Variable)

Education - Graduation Mandatory

Experience - Prior teaching experience is required & home tuition experience is also considered.

Job description - Job is divided into 2 Parts (Mentor and Sales which is Target oriented)

For the 1st 15 days Students around 100 will provided to you by company who are... under trail course.

You as mentor you will teach guide and help those students to learn online and share report cards about students learning progress with their parents and start building a good reputation with parents.

For the second part comes the sales, which is a Target oriented part.

Out of 100 students who were under Trail course under you for learning minimum 10 students should buy the full course and you have to achieve the target in next 15 days and also, your variable pay is directly linked to your performance and achievement of your Target.
