A. Qualifications.
1. Bachelor of engineering in mechanical or industrial engineering or production technology
2. Knowledge of computer aided designing.
3. Age: 30 to 40 years
4. Experience: minimum 5 years as production manager.
B. Field related experience.
1. Should have good knowledge about production process of LED lighting products.
2. Should have knowledge of sheet metal and LED lighting production machinery.
3. Command over controlling the manpower.
4. Knowledge of controlling the production & assigning the real targets.
5. Good leadership qualities
6. Problem solving skills
7. Good at managing the special projects.
